Some patients registered at this GP Practice will soon be invited to take part in a national survey about their experiences of local NHS Services.

It covers issues that concern patients, such as access to care and satisfaction with treatment.

If you receive a questionnaire, please help NHS England by filling it in as soon as possible.

It is really important that we hear your views, even if you have received a questionnaire like this before. Your response will help us to improve GP practices and other local NHS services to they meet your needs better.

pillsRepeat Prescriptions

If the Doctor wishes you to have repeat medication it will be on the Practice Computer. NHS guidelines suggest that all requests for repeat prescriptions be ideally made in writing. Your ticked computer slip should be left at Reception, put  through our letterbox or posted, (please enclose an SAE if you wish us to return your Prescription by post).

The staff are unable to accept requests for medication on the normal telephone line, this line is to be kept free for appointments and emergencies.

Please do not request medication you do not need.

Allow TWO FULL WORKING DAYS  for your prescription to be checked and signed.

Due to Government  Guidelines  we will not be able to accept telephone requests for prescriptions after 1st September 2011.

We are aware that this service has been appreciated by many patients but unfortunately it cannot continue.

We would like to remind patients that Repeat Prescription request can be made via the internet, or you can drop your written request for your medication into the Medical Centre, (post it through the letterbox when we are closed) or post this to us (with a stamped addressed envelope if you wish that we post it back to you).

You can request your Prescriptions to be sent to a local chemist, who may be able to arrange delivery.
