When the surgery is closed if you need medical attention please telephone the surgery and this will then connect you to the Out of Hours service. Alternatively telephone 111 Service or attend the Walk-in-Centre on Broad Lane Sheffield. In an emergency dial 999.

Our Receptionists are here to help you get to the right service. Please don’t be offended if they ask what the problem is when you call to make an appointment.   The receptionist might suggest other professionals that could help you better such as :-

Opticians, Pharmacist, Nurse, Family Services, Support Groups.

We ask that our patients let us know if they experience communication difficulties and advise how we can help to overcome this.  New patients will be asked at their New Registration Chat with the Health Care Assistant, and existing patients will be identified opportunistically.
